Service Description
Teen Week (Ages 13–16): August 10–15 Teen Week provides an inspiring and adventurous setting for teenagers to explore their faith and develop leadership skills. With a focus on personal growth and spiritual discovery, this week is a transformative experience filled with laughter, reflection, and God’s presence. Please note that teen week is available to campers entering a minimum of grade 9 in the fall.

Conditions of Enrollment The Camp Manager or Session Director reserves the right to dismiss a camper who, in their opinion, poses a hazard to the safety and rights of others. In such an event, the camper will be sent home at the parent/guardian’s expense. I grant permission for the camper to fully participate in all camp activities. I will notify the camp in writing of any health, physical, developmental, cognitive, mental health, or other difficulties that may affect the camper’s full participation in the camp program and activities. While every precaution is taken for the safety and well-being of campers, Strawberry Point Christian Camp, its Board of Directors, and all staff are hereby released from any and all liability in the event of illness, accident, misfortune, or death that may occur to the camper. Each camper must be covered by Provincial Health Insurance or appropriate medical insurance. In the event of an emergency, every attempt will be made to contact the camper’s parents/guardians before treatment; however, this may not always be possible. I hereby grant permission for the camp to seek medical attention and appropriate treatment as recommended by medical personnel in emergencies, prior to my notification. I will send a signed notification to the camp if an individual other than myself will be picking up my child at departure. I give permission for Strawberry Point Christian Camp to use any image or likeness of my child/camper for promotional materials and/or records. The $50 registration deposit is non-refundable. I have read, understand, and accept the conditions of enrollment as stated above. I have filled out this form completely and accurately to the best of my knowledge.
